Is my $99 deposit refundable?

Yes, 100%. If LKN Golf Simulator does not open for any reason, every deposit is returned in full — no questions, no fees, no hassle. Your deposit is held and only charged to your first month when we confirm an opening date.
When will the club open?

We're targeting a late 2026 opening, pending lease finalization and buildout. Charter members will receive regular email updates as we hit milestones. The location announcement goes to charter members first.
What simulator technology will you use?

All bays will feature the Foresight GCQuad — a quad-camera launch monitor trusted by top instructors and club fitters worldwide. It captures ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, smash factor, carry distance, and much more on every shot.
How many bays will there be?

We're planning for 6–8 full-size hitting bays in our initial location. Total membership is capped at 100 members to ensure bay availability remains high. Charter spots are limited to 40 — we will not oversell access. That's the whole point.
Can I cancel my membership after it starts?

Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel and later want to rejoin, you'll be subject to the prevailing rate at that time — founding rates are only guaranteed to current founding members.
What area of Charlotte / Lake Norman will this be located?

We're evaluating spaces in Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, and Huntersville — all central to the Lake Norman market. Exact location TBD based on lease negotiations. Charter members will receive the location announcement well before the public.
